Picasso IPA for iOS: KFD Tweak Manager.

With the release of the KDF vulnerability and the subsequent discovery of device offsets, the jailbreak community quickly developed additional techniques to edit iOS files without requiring a full jailbreak. Among these tools is Picasso, a new addition to the toolbox for developing and installing changes for iOS 16.

Picasso v3 was provided as an IPA package that can be installed on your device via TrollStore to provide the greatest user experience and support for the majority of features. However, Picasso IPA is compatible with MDC and KFD devices and may be installed using other IPA installers.

Picasso appears as a cutting-edge tweak manager created specifically for jailbroken iPhones and seamlessly integrated with the KFD exploit. This application was once offered as paid software, but it is now available for free. It now supports iOS versions 16.0 through 16.5, as well as iOS 16.6 Beta 1 for A12+ iPhones. Picasso will eventually be released for free following beta testing, according to the makers.

The project began as a simple KFD tweak platform that allowed users to modify some fundamental system settings such as the custom Dock colour, Folder background colour, Control Centre background colour, Notification banner background colour, and Notification shadow colour. Picasso recently received an update that included support for user-created repositories and changes for iOS 16.

Picasso stands out with a beautifully designed user interface that is both sleek and straightforward. However, it is worth noting that there are alternative package managers available in the community that offer substantially more features and capabilities for free.

The concept of creating a tweak repository is not new; the Misaka tweak manager has offered similar features since the introduction of another kernel read and write exploit known as MDC. Picasso hopes to compete with free Misaka IPA by offering over 300 modifications.

Picasso includes a Filesystem Tweak Editor, Dynamic Island support for all devices, the ability to customise Dock colour, Folder background colour, Control Centre background colour, Notification banner background colour, and Notification shadow colour, the implementation of system-wide custom accent colours, the MDM Toolbox, and user-generated repositories.

Picasso Essentials and Picasso Essentials Beta repositories are available, each containing a collection of simple adjustments for iOS 16, some of which are drawn from the open-source Cowabunga or inspired by the Misaka tweak manager.

Picasso also has a built-in tweak editor, which allows users to manually customise system settings by executing various actions on specific system files. Users can compile and share their own changes within their repository.

Picasso IPA is the ultimate toolkit software, designed to work perfectly on all arm64e devices running iOS 16.0 through iOS 16.5, and only iOS 16.6 Beta 1. It provides this functionality using the revolutionary KFD hack, which does not require a jailbreak.

The most current Picasso v3.1 version includes system app icon theming, which can be activated in the Themes tab’s settings. This new icon theming method is fairly similar to Cowabunga’s: it replaces.png files within system apps, briefly corrupts the Assets.car catalogue, rebuilds the icon cache, and then restores it.

Dynamic Island for Any Device – Immerse yourself in the wonderful world of Dynamic Island, which is now accessible for all iOS 16 devices. Watch as your Home Screen comes to life with energy and vitality.

Springboard Tools allow you to easily personalise the appearance of your device. Customise your Dock colour, Folder background colour, Control Centre background colour, Notification banner background colour, and Notification shadow colour to match your personal style.

Custom system-wide fonts – Set yourself out from the crowd by choosing your own system-wide typefaces, enhancing your iOS experience to one that is really unique and personalised.

Custom Face ID Lock Icon Animation for Lock Screen – Customise the Face ID lock icon animation to add personality to your Lock Screen and give your device a unique appearance.

Settings App Customizer – Fine-tune and alter your device’s Settings app to seamlessly integrate with your preferences and workflows.

Audio Customizer – Personalise your device’s audio experience. The audio customizer feature allows you to change the sounds for charging, screenshots, locks, notifications, and other functions.

An exciting new feature in the forthcoming Picasso tweak manager update will be the ability to download and install icon themes on all compatible devices. This feature will include a powerful theming engine that runs independently, removing the requirement for webclips. As a result, it will fully support badges and notifications, improving the entire theming experience.

Please keep in mind that after installing Picasso IPA, you must finish the application’s registration and login process. Without a login, you cannot access the app.

Picasso v2 Beta is a significant update that addresses numerous flaws and includes notable improvements. Notably, this version allows for file bundling within changes, making it easier to recreate practically all current Misaka tweaks, with the exception of preferences.

In addition, it provides offsets for the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max in 16.6b1, improves tweak descriptions, displays the tweak version beneath the title, and adds the ability to share installed packages, which is useful for exporting bespoke tweaks.

The “Aggressive Applying” option is an experimental feature that resolves difficulties where changes fail to apply occasionally by executing them an additional 10 times throughout the respring process. Furthermore, changes that change Home Screen items now include a “Blur” option.

The Picasso IPA version also includes an exploit update and automates the execution of kclose on app termination, reducing the need to manually hit the termination button.

Notably, PureKFD has been announced, which supports Picasso Repositories and allows users to browse and apply these adjustments for free. PureKFD not only allows you to install Picasso adjustments for free, but it also allows you to browse and explore the entire library of available tweaks.

Picasso Tweak Manager now supports all iPhones with A12 to A16 chips (SoC), as well as a select range of iPads. To determine which iPhones are specifically qualified for deployment with the KFD exploit on iOS 16 to iOS 16.5, as well as iOS 16.6 Beta 1, please see the entire list below. The following is a list of iPhones that are fully supported by the most recent Picasso Tweak Manager software.

Picasso IPA is offered as a free package from the private sourceloc repository. The IPA can be sideloaded using AltStore or any other IPA installer for iOS 16. Picasso will support all arm64e devices from iOS 16.0 to iOS 16.5 (also iOS 16.6 Beta 1). To create the free account required to utilise the tool, visit the official website. Signing up may not work within the app.
